One of 1100 participants selected from over 17,000 applicants across over 100 countries. It has a very low acceptance rate. One of the oldest STEM and research organization in America. Challenges are sponsored by huge companies, universities and foundations.

• Weekly sessions throughout the school year on various topics from STEM, arts, social sciences etc. Taught by professors, guests or teachers. Students are shortlisted through interviews. Winter sessions are held at the National Institute of Advanced Studies campus in Banglore, Karnataka where workshops and lectures are conducted for students. Along with a tour of the Indian Institute of Sciences various departments. On the Indian Institute of Science Open day, projects are selected and are showcased to the general public in an event known as Alchemy.
