Most infrastructure teams know exactly which manual process is costing them hours every week. They just haven't automated it yet. I find that process and make it stop. At the Government of Ontario, I built Ansible automation that cut VM provisioning across 21 managed sites from 50 minutes to 5, an 80% reduction. A separate PowerShell-driven upgrade compressed 187 hours of manual Citrix work into 12 hours of unattended runtime across 150 machines. My core stack: AWS (SAA certified), Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, GitHub Actions, Ansible, Docker, Linux. I've implemented OIDC-based CI/CD pipelines that eliminate long-lived AWS credentials, deployed multi-AZ EKS clusters with Horizontal Pod Autoscaling, and built CloudWatch observability dashboards via IaC, not the console. I'm a 2x AWS JAM podium finalist (1st at AWS Summit Toronto 2025, 2nd at AWS User Group Toronto 2026) and hold dual postgrad certificates from Seneca Polytechnic in Cloud Architecture and Cybersecurity, both with a 4.0 GPA.
