About

Engineering leader with 20+ years of experience delivering high-impact software at scale. I bring a rare mix of people leadership, product strategy, and technical expertise - building systems that shape how millions experience music and media. At SiriusXM-Pandora, I served as VP of Engineering, leading a 60+ person org focused on content infrastructure-from ingestion to enrichment to discovery. My teams shipped reliable, high-performance products under tight timelines and drove measurable impact across the listener experience. I’m currently Co-Founder and CTO of Collaya, an AI-powered music creation platform that helps artists explore, generate, and collaborate on new musical ideas. I own all engineering and machine learning efforts, and drive product architecture, roadmap, and go-to-market alignment. I’m also the Founder and Board President of Live Hive Media, a nonprofit platform for preserving and publishing live music performances, and serve as Board Member and Director of Technology at The Lost Church, a nonprofit performing arts organization. My leadership style is collaborative, mission-driven, and grounded in a builder’s mindset. I thrive in environments where vision, velocity, and empathy matter.
