• Lead the charter to build People and Workforce Intelligence capabilities and Copilot agents for Microsoft 365, supporting organizational AI transformation and talent management.
• Led the development of Employee Self-Service Agent — a business operations automation agent, built on Microsoft Copilot Studio. Transformed a POC project into a production release in ~6 months. Drove integration workflows with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Workday. Onboarded Microsoft and Chevron for first private preview.
• Leading the People Skills service — an AI service that automatically infers employee skills for org analytics, talent management, and upskilling workflows. Released the first version in August 2025, achieving 3K tenant activations and 10K MAU in 6 months. Driving expansion to 15K tenants and 32M Copilot users and 65M M365 users.
• Built deep integrations across Copilot, Teams, Viva Learning, Copilot Dashboard, and partner platforms (Eightfold, etc.). Spearheading platform re-architecture toward modern data storage, enhanced caching, RAG patterns, and LLM solutions to support next-generation workforce intelligence and talent capabilities.
• Drive product roadmap, resourcing strategy, and GPU capacity planning at the CVP level. Run monthly MSR/MBR with CVP and VPs. Integral contributor to direct customer interactions, working closely with top 5 enterprise customers (e.g. Pfizer, Merck, Lloyds, IQVIA) alongside PMs to shape the product roadmap based on feedback.

• Led the development and delivery of Viva Goals, an OKR management product. Released the first Microsoft-integrated version within 9 months of the acquisition of Ally.io (the company that owned the original product).
• Achieved 2M licenses sold, ~$38M revenue, 300K assigned licenses, and 120K MAU in the first 12 months. 30% of usage was driven by OKR creators. Secured 8 enterprise customers with 5K+ users each.
• Owned the growth charter via integrations and extensibility, driving 48+ data integrations (PowerBI, Planner, Jira, Snowflake, etc.) for automatic OKR tracking and work-goal alignment. Led deep platform integrations into Teams (drove 48% of all product traffic), Outlook, Engage, and Slack. Led the communication and notification platform.
• Spearheaded full re-architecture from Ruby-on-Rails monolith to ASP.NET microservices on Azure (Kubernetes, CosmosDB, Service Bus, Durable Functions) and drove down COGs by 20%. Led quality improvements, reducing page load time from 30s to 6s (5x) and achieved 99.95% service uptime.

• Led the charter of accelerating Azure’s expansion to new regions and clouds worldwide, owning tooling which enabled datacenter onboarding in 14 countries.
• Owned Availability Zone enablement across all Azure regions and services. Migrated 18 live regions to Availability Zone retrofit. Migrated PaaS infrastructure (from Azure Cloud Services to Service Fabric) of 6 core Azure services (Machine Learning, IoT, Automation, Service Bus, PowerBI, Stream Analytics) to zone-resilient architecture.
• Developed compliance tooling to detect and flag Data Residency and Disaster Recovery gaps across all Azure services. Drove BCDR adoption across 20K tenants.

• Owned the Azure Portal platform — backend infrastructure, client-side framework, and platform SDKs (UI components, networking APIs, data management, telemetry).
• Supported resource management workflows for 180+ partner services and 240+ extensions across Azure ecosystem, serving 200K+ organizations and 5.5M MAU across 150+ countries, contributing to Azure’s revenue growth from $20B to $45B ARR during tenure.
• Led migration from TypeScript/Knockout.js to React. Improved reliability to 99.99% SLA across all Azure regions. Achieved 3–4x performance improvement (page load from 11s to <4s). Drove NPS growth from 33.5 to 41.3.

• Led development and release of the first version of Office 365 Message Encryption (B2C encrypted email), scaling to 3M encrypted emails/month. Migrated encryption backend from on-premises Exchange to Azure Information Protection, enabling BYOK for commercial customers. Received ISRM Award for contributions.
• Built a high-speed email delivery pipeline achieving <2-second delivery rates. This architecture became the underlying platform for Reactions in Outlook. Awarded 5 patents for this innovation.
• Developed compliance capabilities (DKIM, ETRs) in Exchange SMTP, handling 2B daily emails. Owned the Content Transformation Service used across Exchange components for RFC-compliant format conversions.

• Shipped the first 2 releases of browser-based Lync meeting/chat client. Solely owned Screen Sharing and Data Collaboration. Enabled browser-based meetings at scale for 11K+ tenants with 675K monthly meetings joined and 500K monthly sharing sessions. Received Gold Star Award for contributions.
• Developed the native graphics subsystem of the Silverlight Runtime for Windows Phone 7. Owned SIMD/NEON optimizations achieving 15x render speed improvements and 40% overall FPS gains.
