Before self-driving was cool: Early skunworks team at Samsung's autonomous driving division. Helped build the real-time OS powering their ADAS platform — sensor fusion, path planning, and hardware-software integration at millisecond latency. Samsung killed the program. The engineering was worth every minute.
Before private space was cool: Wrote the descent trajectory and autonomous navigation algorithms for Team Indus's moon rover (Google Lunar X Prize). Orbital mechanics, terrain mapping, and making sure a rover lands on the moon instead of into it.
