• Co-found OUT@APT, a LGBT-support organization; organized a luncheon for employees to discuss common LGBT workplace concerns; effected policy changes in to include gender identity in the non-discrimination clause of the employment agreement; worked with recruiting team to identify and support LGBT prospects
