Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wipro Limited, specializing in technical recruitment across diverse domains. My earlier roles as a Senior IT Recruiter at GRACE System Technology Labs and a Talent Acquisition Consultant at ADAM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. strengthened my expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent. Before transitioning into recruitment, I spent nearly 4 years as a Programmer, where I gained hands-on experience in Dot Net and SQL.
