• The Local Pathways Fellowship was launched by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network Youth Initiative (SDSN Youth). It seeks to provide young leaders with the tools, a platform and a guiding framework for action, and connect them with leading urban development experts and practitioners. The Fellowship is designed to enable young fellows to understand the process of “localizing” SDG 11 in the cities they represent.

• The part time experience, working as a delivery rider, brought in valuable insights into the functioning of multiple industries, study of the conflicts in societies to migrant jobs and also a change in perspective of life in general. To perceive things being in different shoes, hearing stories and experiences along the journeys, developing and enhancing skills of management, communication and determination, these 10 months of experience has been a great teacher and I felt it is worth mentioning.

• The Challenge programme is:
• A program of extra-curricular activities targeted for interested in future leadership roles, both in the public and private sector and therefore interested in issues at the intersection of technology and society. Specifically: leadership, politics, entrepreneurship, policy making.

• Roles & Responsibilities :
• 1. Designing architectural drawings for high-rise Office and Residential spaces. It included preparing design proposals for tender submissions and competitions as well as in preparing drawings for operating projects.
• 2. Expand business operations by acquiring projects through tender bidding for projects.
• 3. Maintain construction compliance with foreign governments and manage Client - Vendor contractual negotiations
• 4. Manage approvals from Client and Government authorities, resource allocations, service coordination with other departments in the office and preparing project timelines.
• 5. Prepare and negotiate cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
• 6. Preparing standardized architectural drawings for documentation purpose.
• 7. Development of 3D visuals and walkthroughs.
• 8. Managing architect trainees in the team.
• Noted Achievements :
• Fortunate to have been actively involved in the four member design team from the early stages of client interaction, design development from sketch design of masterplan and buildings for the 195 million dollar Ford Global Technology and Business Center in Chennai .
