I’m building a class team of software engineers as a Recruiter and Business Lead Built a network of candidates by sourcing with tools such as LinkedIn (and other social media outlets), Naukri, Monster, Indeed and Boolean string searches. Working on End to End recruitment process. Sourcing/Screening, Shortlisting profiles, Candidates tracking and follow up. Interaction with the Business Managers to understand the Business Requirements. Responsible for Recruiting, Training, Team Handling, and mentoring sales personnel with different capacities to achieve my team sales target. Involved in complete end to end sales process such as Lead Generation, Opportunity identification, Quote preparation, negotiation with client, closure, and account management for more requirements. Generating Leads by making follow- ups with the existing clients, generating leads through various marketing activities and by E-mail Marketing tools. I am a driven, hardworking and passionate person. I am eager to succeed. I use my skills in the best possible way to achieve my objectives .
