Define and collect SW/System metrics required in the project in collaboration with the customer • Create SW/System quality reports for internal and external distribution • Define SW and System Quality standards for suppliers and monitor the implementation • Conduct lessons learned sessions related to SUP.1 • Initiate escalations (independent from project reporting path) if required. • Coach the teams in SW/System Quality topics • Facilitate and participate in the Continuous Improvement efforts related to SW and System processes and tools • Provide training on SW and System quality related topics to others in the organization • Review Error Management Strategy document.
