Mukesh Bhaiji, Sr. Director with Synopsys India, is currently leading its Place and Route R&D team for its flagship product Fusion Compiler and IC Compiler II. Mukesh has been with Synopsys from 1st day of its “Physical Synthesis” and “Place & Route” India R&D team operations. Mukesh has successfully developed and delivered several key technologies from India with Design Compiler, Physical Compiler, IC Compiler, IC Compiler II and Fusion Compiler products over the years. Mukesh is an experienced R&D leader with a proven track record of building and delivering strong technology in the EDA/VLSI/Software industry. Mukesh has strong experience of around 30 years with around 25 years in management role. Mukesh Has build multiple technology teams from scratch and has experience in all aspect of technology and product development from its conceptualization to customer adoption. Mukesh has nurtured and developed several technical leaders within the team with highly impactful contribution. Mukesh has specialties in EDA tool development in across the globe setup with hundreds of R&D engineer, Data structure and algorithms for development of Place and Route tool. Mukesh has excellent Project and Team Management experience and consistently delivered technologies over the years. Mukesh has developed several hardware/software systems for several remote sensing satellites in its stint in ISRO. Mukesh has received his master degree in Computer Science and Technology from IIT Roorkee. Besides a passionate technology leader, Mukesh is also the founder trustee of Sri Gyanoday Digambar Jain Trust, a charitable trust, since 2013. Besides building one temple for society, it has done some remarkable charitable work in the area of education, Gau-shaala maintenance, medical help for needy, relief work during Covid-19 and other natural calamities.
