Co-founded 'Venator Search Partners' in early 2009. Out of my overall professional career, last 2 decades has been unique and enriching in terms of building relations, credibility, best in the class processes and nurturing team to build a true blue 'Retained Executive Search' firm. While we can boast of extensive market connect, a bagful of concluded top-notch searches and best-in-class processes...it’s a voyage that has just started. Personally, "Executive Search" was just an accident and there has been no looking back thereafter. My first stint in Exec Search started in 2003 with Mafoi Global Search Services in and subsequently developed ZMG Signium Ward Howell’s India practice. I started my career in Financial Services and had my stints in lending, merchant banking & trade finance for 8 years. It was interesting time for Indian economy and was fortunate to experience the industry changing and evolving through roller-costar rides.
