• I am currently pursuing my internship as a Full-Stack Developer (MERN) at Yuvamanthan from July 2024 to December 2024. During this period, I have been entrusted with a range of responsibilities that have allowed me to expand my technical and leadership skills.
• My primary tasks include creating APIs and handling the backend applications of the company. This involves database management, ensuring that data flows seamlessly between the frontend and backend systems, and building efficient, scalable APIs. Along with backend development, I also contribute to frontend development, where I work on UI/UX design to ensure a user-friendly experience across our platforms.
• In addition to these development tasks, I have been assigned three projects, and for one of them, I have been designated as the Project Lead. In this role, I oversee the project from design to implementation, managing the team's workflow, and ensuring deadlines are met. I also play a crucial part in conducting technical interviews for roles such as Full-Stack Developer and UI/UX Designer, helping to onboard new talent.
• Furthermore, I am often approached to solve technical challenges faced by the company. These problems require creative and innovative solutions, which I strive to provide in a timely and efficient manner, helping to drive the company's success.
• This internship has been a valuable learning experience, allowing me to grow as both a developer and a leader, while contributing to the overall goals of Yuvamanthan.
