• Currently working as a lead solution consultant for the corporate banking division of Arab Bank and provide a platform solution that helps the bank to enhance the overall journey of sales life cycle and client management.
• Involved in IDR (Information Discovery Stage) phase where we understand the customer’s CRM process requirements by interacting with the stakeholders across the organization from top management to end users at a granular level.
• Documenting the requirements and data gathered during the IDR stage. This generally involves creating a Bizagi Process flow diagram and SAD documents and getting it sign-off by the Bank team.
• Get involved in the implementation phase which involves designing workflow in the application and defining the customer journey to make sure that the entire solution works seamlessly.
• Giving walkthroughs and demos to SIT and UAT teams. Coordination with respective teams for SIT and UAT testing environment readiness and deployment of the code in these environments and perform one level of functional testing to ensure that the behavior of the application is the same as that in the development environment.
• Once the code is moved to production, provide training, presentation, or demos to the actual end users for understanding the usage and functionality of the application developed.
• Actively involved in the UAT test plan and conduct regular meetings with the business team to make sure the key issues should be proactively taken care of and change requests should be understood and prioritized properly.
• Responsible for managing the team and making sure the project is in line with the actual requirement and delivered within the time frame.
