• Involving in the design and development of the real time data processing pipeline using the latest technologies like Flink | Kafka | Kafka connect | Spring boot | NoSQl Database | External Cache

• Gathered and defined customer requirements to jira stories so that individual developer can start work on that.
• Presented few POC's to finalize the decision on data processing pipelines like flink,kafka connect etc.
• Developed and demonstrated realtime data processing pipeline.

• Description : The whole project responsible for realtime data processing produced from omni media channel contacts interaction.
• Role :
• As a Senior Software engineer Involved in design decisions of the realtime data processing.
• Developed many Flink applications that is responsible for enrichment of the data, windowed aggregations.
• Created many Avro schema that is responsible for data validation in the data pipeline using schema registry.
• Contact State Processor: Tahoe
• Description : Flink application responsible for enrichment of the incoming omni channels contact data in the realtime pipeline.
• Role:
• As a Senior Software Engineer involved in the POC and design phase of the application .
• Developed Flink based application that consumes the data from kafka and enriches the data including calculation of the duration of the contacts using the redis external cache and publishes out the final data.
• Finalized the Flink checkpointing interval with external storage AWS S3.
• Threshold and Alerts: Tahoe
• Description : Spring based project responsible for consume the realtime data from the above mentioned project and validate against the rules configured in the system and generate the alerts for supervisors if rule is breached.
• Role:
• As a Senior Software Engineer involved in the design phase of the application. Orchestrated rule and realtime events how it has to be validated each other.
• Integration with the UI team and finalized the output data.
