• Enhance rotating equipment reliability utilising condition Monitoring Vibration Analysis and troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in installation, commissioning and start up of rotating equipment to ensure quality of work to prevent consequences.
• Conduct performance test of rotating assets to ensure their operations within the acceptance.
• Collaboration with operation and maintenance personnel, reliability specialist and central planner to prioritise repairs to identify equipment deficiencies.
• Build and manage the database of rotating equipment as condition Monitoring prospective.
• Carry out daily vibration data by using tools CSI 2130, 2140, ACOEM OneProd (Falcon) ,data Analysis and generating finding report on critical equipments.
• Monitoring of rotating equipment condition including vibration data, lube oil results, and utilising other critical operating process data such as pressure, Temperature, Flow and load parameters to determine overall equipment healthiness.
• Carry out plant inspection to check all operating parameters of rotating equipment and identify potential issues back to report through database with recommendation/ Corrective action.
• preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports based on the recorded reports.
• Preliminary vibration analysis of all types of rotating equipments like: Pumps, Fans (ID&FD drives), Blowers, Compressors, Gearbox, Mills, Dust Collectors etc.
• In-situ dynamic balancing of rotating equipments,
• Thermography of all types of Electrical panels.
