I joined Bosch, Bangalore in June'18 under graduate specialist program. Here in Bosch I am given exposure to a challenging role of production planner in the value stream dealing with the manufacturing and assembly of new generation diesel engine pump. As a production planner I am responsible for certain tasks like - Daily production quantity planning as per customer requirement, Planning for the Backlogs and the manpower planning to meet the 100% type-wise delivery performance of 4 products being assembled in 4 distinct assembly lines.
