• Backend Engineer with hands on experience designing and building scalable, secure and high performance backend systems using Java, J2EE and Spring Boot. • My Webex automation bot plays a pivotal role in the release process. By securely connecting to remote servers and executing scripts, it streamlines release management through intelligent automation, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors.
• Additionally, I've engineered a Jira-integrated bot that fetches crash data and updates Jira tickets using Jira Query Language. This integration with Jira's API and Cisco's internal resources ensures rapid issue resolution and seamless collaboration across teams.
• Currently, I'm furthering my impact at Cisco by crafting a monitoring tool. This tool utilizes Prometheus and Grafana to keep a watchful eye on diverse nodes, effectively tracking resource utilization in real-time. It not only auto-generates Grafana dashboards in Confluence for enhanced visibility but also employs Webex alerts to proactively notify users of potential resource overloads.
