• Working as a senior Cisco TAC Network, Collaboration, and Security Engineer, I lead high-severity customer incidents and escalations for enterprise and government customers, including defense and regulated environments. I consult directly with customer network, security, and operations teams to drive rapid root-cause analysis and service restoration in mission-critical Cisco infrastructures.
• I specialize in Cisco Collaboration and Calling platforms, working extensively with CUCM / Webex Calling, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, UCCX, CCE, Expressway, and Webex collaboration services. I troubleshoot complex VoIP and telecom issues involving SIP, SIP-TLS, SCCP, MGCP, RTP/RTCP, SRTP, codec negotiation, dial plans, call routing, QoS, and media traversal across WANs and firewalls.
• From a network security and InfoSec perspective, I work hands-on with Cisco ASA, FTD, FMC, and ISE, analyzing firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, VPNs, TLS/SSL, PKI, and identity-based access controls.
