I am a CCNP-certified Cisco TAC Engineer and VoIP/Telecom Security Network Specialist with 4+ years of experience consulting with enterprise and government customers on highly secure, business-critical network infrastructures. I design observability and monitoring solutions using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, and I am currently applying AI and GPT-4-based RAG systems for intelligent log analysis and proactive incident detection.
