• As the Founder of Ventory, I operate at the intersection of engineering and business, building both the product and the company from the ground up.
• On the technical side, I lead the development of Ventory’s core decision engine, designing systems that transform raw sales and inventory data into clear, actionable recommendations. This includes building data pipelines, defining decision logic, and developing an MVP focused on solving real world inventory challenges for e commerce brands.
• On the business side, I am responsible for validating the market, engaging directly with users, and shaping the go to market strategy. I work closely with Shopify and DTC operators to understand their workflows, identify pain points, and ensure we are building something that delivers immediate value. I also lead early stage growth efforts, including user acquisition, partnerships, and pilot programs.
• Ventory is focused on solving a critical gap in commerce. While businesses have access to data, they lack tools that tell them what actions to take. We are building a decision layer that answers one of the most important operational questions: what to reorder, when, and how much. This reduces guesswork and improves cash flow.
• As an early stage founder, I am deeply involved in every part of the company, from product development and user research to strategy and execution, driven by a long term vision to build core infrastructure for how modern businesses operate.

• Duties & Responsibilities (CEO & Co-Founder, Bottlely)
• Product Leadership: Translate customer pain points into actionable product requirements.
• Forward-Deployed Engineering: Work with the engineering team to create features, validate predictive models, review technical architecture, and ensure product reliability. Collaborate on integrating POS systems, building data pipelines, and optimizing model accuracy.
• Customer Success & Pilot Partnerships: Directly onboard and support early pilot venues across the Bay Area. Analyze operational data, deliver insights, gather structured feedback, and iterate weekly based on real customer workflows. Ensure strong retention and consistent product value.
• Business Development: Build and manage strategic relationships with bars, restaurants, clubs, and hospitality groups. Develop channel partnerships with POS vendors, distributors, and booking platforms. Identify expansion opportunities and align GTM strategy with customer needs.
• Sales & Revenue Strategy: Lead sales outreach, craft value propositions, negotiate pilot agreements, and define pricing models. Build repeatable, scalable sales processes and work closely with operators to demonstrate ROI and operational impact.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Develop fundraising strategy, create pitch materials, conduct investor meetings, manage due diligence, and communicate company vision. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation to support rapid product and market growth.
• Operational Leadership: Build core processes across product, engineering, customer success, and GTM. Recruit and manage early team members, guide culture development, and ensure alignment toward Bottlely’s long-term mission and predictive AI infrastructure vision.
• Vision & Strategy: Set the company’s overarching direction, define market positioning, and lead Bottlely toward becoming the predictive operating system for global hospitality.
