I played a pivotal role in crafting a cloud-native audio solution that elevates serviceability, media quality, and overall application reliability. Specifically, I focused on the component responsible for managing signalling and media in this audio solution, known as B2BUA (Back-to-Back User Agent) or a stateful proxy.
