I’ve spent 10+ years doing the most human part of business: finding the right people and building the teams that build the products across EMEA, APAC, and the US, in companies ranging from enterprise to high-growth tech. A big part of that work has always been people: coaching hiring managers, shaping how leaders think about talent, and designing programs that build hiring capability across organizations.
