Hey there! I'm A T Sathya, Nanoelectronic Systems Master's student (TU Dresden) & Engineering Physics undergraduate (IIT Roorkee). I'm passionate about applying materials science and nanotechnology to solve critical environmental and clinical challenges. My research spans low-dimensional materials for radiation detection, energy storage, and sensing. I possess a unique dual expertise, bridging hands-on experimental fabrication (laserlithography, E-beam lithography, e-beam evaporation, material synthesis) with advanced computational modeling (DFT simulations using VASP & COMSOL). I've developed these skills through research at premier institutions like IISc Bengaluru and BARC, focusing on synthesizing and characterizing novel materials and tailoring their electronic properties.
