Hi, I'm Aaditya, a marketer by profession and a social worker + traveller from heart. Ever since my childhood (literally, I was & years old), I began doing marketing. Back then, I applied some spectacular marketing techniques to support my family to settle down our business at exceptional profit. However,I fell in love with marketing much later when I started " work with P&G" in 2006. I, along with team members,was successful in growth hacking the market into double the digit. After my master's, I started my marketing career at P&G, enhancing brand visibility and market share. I then moved to Kurlon and Hindware, focusing on retail mktng, brand mgmt, and store launches. My expertise in BTL marketing and direct customer engagement drove 60% year-on-year business growth. In 2013, I joined Proline, a popular 80s apparel brand known for endorsing cricketers from the 1983 World Cup. Manged growth hacking & leading ATL & BTL activities, market research, digital marketing, and team mgmt. Successfully launched 20+ stores & 80+ large-format SIS stores across Bharat, I was also part of the successful "Proline Active" brand launch, executing impactful campaigns, including partnerships with national marathons,fitness centres,and various events. In 2016, I joined Lifestyle (Landmark Group) as the South Marketing Head, I led high-impact marketing strategies & growth hacking to enhance brand equity and deliver measurable results. Overseeing store marketing and regional teams, I ensured smooth marketing operations and significantly boosted brand visibility. By executing targeted product and store launches, I successfully opened 18 new stores by 2019. Later 2019 July, I took over national profile for Homecentre. Where I was managing a team of 7 crazy ppl who had a knack for growth marketing. Led the team for right marketing tools covering, GTM Campaign, Product campaign CRM etc.I used to be the problem solver, irrespective of anything that happens in team, store, design, vendors, agency. My love towards new store opening gone beyond imagination, I was managing from scratch like capex to design -planning- pre-launch-post plan. Proud to mention that till July 2024 launched 60+stores across india with 100% brand visibility & brand reach to the right customers. In my leisure time, have helped several small & mid-size business people to grow their business by consulting right marketing mix & tools.
