Role:
1. Pricing- Strategic/Entry level pricing for new customer engagements and providing
recommendations facilitating optimal pricing decisions for existing customer base.
2. MSA Review-Reviewing the commercial terms in the Master services agreements and identify the
unfavorable clauses which could be taken up to the customer for clause revision.
3.P&L Variance analysis- Perform deeps dive analysis to identify the favorable and adverse factors
which brings up the variation in P&L till EBITDA level. Prepares constant currency P&L to rule out the
impact of exchange rate for comparing the actual with the budgeted figures.
4.Monthly Revenue Recognition
Adhere and follows the best practice for revenue recognition for different project classification like
Time and Material, Fixed Monthly Billing, and Fixed Bid projects.
Arrive at a blended rate/benchmark using the standard rate card and the mix. Compare the actual
realization with the benchmark ,analyze for the variance if any and come up with the reasons for
the variance and flag the cases impacting the business critically.
Ensure the Revenue at Risk and Unbilled Revenue for the business is well under control so as to
prevent the adverse impact on cash conversion cycle.
Performs revenue walks at project level, and vouch for the accuracy in the numbers being
reported.
Proposing the journals entries for UBR/UER Restatement and Reclassification.
Preparing audit schedules for Revenue.
5.Direct Labor Optimization for Improving margins.
6.Preparing CXO Intelligence ,Customer profitability and utilization reports.
