• Identity and Access Management:
• Implemented a generic resource locking feature at API Gateway level to prevents accidental deletion of critical resources such as users, instances, groups etc using dropwizard framework and OracleDB. This led to a reduction in resource recovery tickets by 70%.
• Integrated tools to monitor the availability of the microservices by checking host health and API responses per host. Also written canaries from scratch for monitoring service health and consistency.
• Maintaining the current and legacy Identity and Access Management modules, which get around 500K+ requests per minute in 75 globally distributed regions and have to conform to 99.999% SLAs.
• Created data replication workflow which transfers data from home regions to subscribed regions. This led to reduction in read request load on home region and subsequent distribution of request to subscribed regions. This feature also enhance the availability of the service in case of fault in home region.

• Food Ordering Application:
• Created cart management service from scratch for food ordering application having 100K+ users.
• Followed SOA architecture pattern and used MongoDB as the data store for storing cart data.
• Created menu management service from scratch as well using Redis as cache. This led to reduction in response time of get menu APIs from few seconds to less than 100ms.
• Integrated Dunzo, Paytm, and Razorpay SDKs by following OOD principals to automate food delivery and payment flows.
• Patterns such as Adapter and Simple Factory were used which led to quick integration of subsequent SDKs.
• Asset tracking:
• I created asset tracking and lifecycle management application using Spring Boot and MySQL .
• Integrated hardware such as label printer and barcode scanner to help identify each asset and oversaw the Android application development used for taking inventory.
• This application helped in increasing asset recovery by 90 %.
