• 1. I had hired, built and developed complete Product, Architecture, Mobile App, End2End System, Team,every domain of Ecosystem from scratch with Complete Offline Mode/Support using Couchbase Stack at Server side and Mobile side for Cruises(Cruise Industry).I was leading Teams and was responsible for Complete End2End System,App,Product Quality,Performance,Scalability,Maintainability, Robustness and Optimised Complete Code of Ecosystem and innovated & implemented New Architecture MVPFS considering problem-set at Mobile App side.

I was responsible for Tasks Allocation among team members,follow-ups,planning,developing strategies,discussing understanding and resolving all cross-functional team dependencies in advance and ensuring smooth working and helping team in all apsects,resolving their issues and giving them enough opportunities to grow & learn.

Worked on this Live app and worked completely on Notifications, IntentService, Telephony, Video, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Recycler View,UI part,Services,Broadcasting,Volley Library,Card View,Server Requests,SyncAdapter,Phone Contacts,Customized Telephony Features.
•  Involved in multiple parallel tasks simultaneously.
•  Developed several major and minor features in the app which are already Live.
•  Google’s Video Ringtone Feature was completely developed by me in Company’s App with extra user-beneficiary & user-interacting components and more services provided along with effective functionality with highly interacting, amazing and beautiful UI for the user to give extraordinary User Experience, developed a year back when Google released it(One of my Work and Technical Achievements).
