Additionally, I edited and wrote for a blog on Social and Emotional Learning, recruiting authors and serving as editor for in-house publications, with over 44 blogs published, reaching more than 5,000 readers. I led global research on the impact of digital learning initiatives on students, teachers, and parents during COVID-19 and provided technical support for events, social media campaigns, and publications on social-emotional learning, digital learning, and climate change and biodiversity issues.

• I conceptualized, designed, and implemented the DICE curriculum on intercultural competence across 10 member states, reaching 2,000 students and 50 teachers. I developed a robust network, establishing working relationships with UNESCO national commissions (Japan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan), academic institutions (Nagoya University, Japan; University of Delhi, India), and local NGOs to support program implementation. I also led the conceptualization of the "My Dream" program on digital learning and social and emotional learning, developing the Theory of Change, funder reporting, and M&E processes. Additionally, I successfully fundraised $300,000 from Samsung India for project implementation and led the program’s strategy and team recruitment. I spearheaded the thematic session development for TECH Conference 2017, managing speaker selection and panel management for over 200 speakers, and chaired the financial aid committee, disbursing over $100,000 to support speakers.

I also led the 'Heritage and Culture' education project funded by the Government of India, with a budget of $50,000, benefiting 400 youth from 20 colleges across India. Additionally, I managed the Regional Center of Expertise Network of the United Nations University (UNU) on Education for Sustainable Development, supporting over 30 network partners, including schools, universities, and expert groups. I organized and conducted teacher training sessions on integrating climate change into regular teaching practices, training more than 5,000 teachers using the ToT model. I successfully raised $100,000 from corporate and government sources and was responsible for the technical and financial reporting to funders, as well as the preparation of budgets, financial statements, and operational work plans.

• I served as the project lead for Youth Meets YUVA in 2012, where I organized seven state-level seminars in partnership with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, local youth networks, and state/provincial governments in India. As Co-project in-charge (Co-PI), I provided management, coordination, and implementation support to the project lead on various initiatives. These included a youth engagement project focused on livelihood generation in urban slums, which impacted 100 youth and women from low socio-economic backgrounds in six cities across India and involved over 100 corporate employees. Additionally, I supported the 2011 YUVA (Youth Unite for Voluntary Action) conference, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, India, and the British Council.
