I am a highly motivated Data Science and AI professional with strong problem-solving and leadership skills, known for quickly building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. I began my career at ZS Associates, where I built a strong foundation in large-scale data processing, data modeling, and analytics systems. I worked extensively with Hadoop- and Spark-based ecosystems, designing robust ingestion frameworks, dimensional data models, and high-performance pipelines across data lakes and warehouses, particularly within pharma and analytics-driven domains. I later joined Vanderlande (a Toyota Group company), where my responsibilities expanded to designing and delivering modern Azure-based data platforms aligned with Data Mesh principles. I enabled domain-oriented data products using ADF, Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Snowflake, with a strong focus on data quality, governance, security, self-serve analytics, and operational reliability. At Vanderlande, I also founded and scaled the Supply Chain Analytics team, acting as one of the first spoke teams on the Data Mesh platform. In this role, I established delivery standards, drove platform architecture improvements, and supported team growth, while serving as Scrum Master and later taking on Product Owner responsibilities, owning backlog prioritization and stakeholder alignment. In my current role at ThoughtWorks, I am building AI-native platforms, working on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using RAG-based architectures, enterprise chatbots, AI guardrails, and PII-safe pipelines with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Vector Search, and Azure AI Search. I am focused on integrating AI deeply with enterprise data platforms to enable responsible decision intelligence, automation, and scalable AI adoption.
