I am currently working with two key accounts at Thoughtworks. The first is for a financial services company . The client wanted help in defining data strategy and roadmap for a data platform on the cloud which will be a self-service data platform that can onboard multiple products and systems in the future. In my role, I helped the client in creating this data strategy, the milestone-based plan to achieve the vision, the data architecture for implementing this data platform, and the delivery. I also helped in creating a team and mentoring their skills for the delivery of this data platform.
The second project that I am a part of, is for a global retailer. The client is building a modern data platform on data mesh principles while enabling a lot of real-time data use cases like insights, alerts, personalization. There is a huge focus on data quality as well to generate correct insights and correct actions. I play the role of Data architect with this team as well. This role on this team also involves a lot of talent development, on tech as well as processes.
