• Led the technology transformation that made that possible. Built and scaled the engineering organization from a small team to 2,000+ engineers across Indonesia, India, Singapore, and Thailand. Established Gojek's engineering culture, SRE practices, and platform architecture. Oversaw the technology stack that powered 20+ products spanning transport, payments, logistics, food delivery, and financial services.
• Key things I'm proud of: building an engineering culture rooted in ownership and autonomy, creating one of Southeast Asia's largest and most respected engineering teams, and proving that world-class technology organizations can be built outside of Silicon Valley.
• Gojek became Indonesia's first unicorn and later merged with Tokopedia to form GoTo Group (IDX: GOTO).
