I was provided with the opportunity of undertaking an internship with the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and participating in research administration in various different divisions. The internship introduced me to both theoretical and empirical components of policy research undertaken by ICSSR on the national level. I was also provided with fundamental research methodology training and fundamental research tools.
In addition, I was part of the team that developed an extensive database of social science studies in India.
Thankful for the rewarding experience and exposure to the policy and academic research culture.
