• Revamped the frontend from a legacy view to a modern, reimagined interface, enhancing the user experience in the UHCGS portal for both Providers and Employers.
• Resolved 40+ production issues/defects, ensuring smooth functionality and improved usability for end users.
• Redesigned and migrated the entire UI of a key internal portal, converting legacy jsp based view to a modern, responsivene layout, greatly improving usability and maintainability.
• Implemented the live chat functionality, enabling users to interact with agents by completing pre-chat requirements and initiating real-time conversations.
• Worked on multiple PoCs in Generative Ai primarily focused on RAG System. These solutions aim to empower business users by generating SQL queries dynamically based on natural language inputs enabling direct data retrieval from the database, getting the information from the Json type knowledge base just to share the table schema.
• Additionally, developed a Poc that generates descriptive summaries of java class and convert them into flow diagram using Graphviz. This solution also auto-generate test cases based on the class logic, significantly reducing development time and improving code quality.

• Developed an RMS (Release Management System) tool from scratch to track and manage all releases across production and non-production environments. Earlier, the process was handled manually through SharePoint and Excel sheets. The new application automates these tasks, eliminating manual effort and streamlining release management.
• Implemented email notifications for new release requests, automatically sending approval requests to the designated approvers.
• Built an EMS (Event Management System) to capture and monitor user activities such as logins, release creation, and other actions
