• Member of the Bing Copilot Ghosting feature team, helping Copilot users to formulate queries with minimal time and keystrokes. I have led multiple projects aimed at improving user experience, such as implementing Contextualization/Personalization and reducing latency through the multiple caching and data prefetching techniques.
• Contributed to Bing Autosuggest product, achieving ~100k QPS and latency below 70ms. Designed and implemented Semantic Match service. Developed features to handle out-of-language suggestions, cross-language duplicate suggestions, and enhanced the suggestion blocking mechanism by reducing blocking time from 2-3 hours to 5 minutes, among other improvements.
• Served as the POC for the Falcon platform within Autosuggest team. Engaged in the enhancement of various platform features, including the .NET upgrade, PME & KV migration and increasing service capacity.
• Managed the DRI process for my team, overseeing DRI documentations, onboarding, and rotation procedures.

• Elevated Bing Autosuggest by integrating location-specific suggestions in collaboration with Bing Maps teams and refining the intricate Non-prefix match service of Autosuggest. Took ownership of the Popular Suggestion service, facilitating zero-input suggestions. Collaborated with partner teams (Windows, Edge) for the seamless integration of Popular Suggestion. Played a pivotal role in developing and implementing a defect detection/removal pipeline within Autosuggest.
• Engaged in the development of the Skype calling backend service, collaborating with the team to create a microservice supporting Teams and Skype calling functionalities. Implemented the containerization of the Skype for Business calling service for deployment on Azure Kubernetes.
