I’ve been building software for over 11 years, and I still love the process of turning a rough idea into a working product. I have found that my strength lies in the mix of leadership and coding. I enjoy architecting systems and writing code, but I get just as much satisfaction from building the team that writes it. My background covers everything from early-stage startups to large platforms like Swiggy. At Swiggy, I worked on backend performance and managed to cut infrastructure costs by around 70% by tuning our database queries. It was a great lesson in efficiency and seeing how code behaves at scale. Right now, I am building BetterPrep.ai. I handle the architecture and backend in Go and Python, and I also built the engineering team from scratch. Before this, I worked with startups like Neohumans and Fuelgrowth to launch MVPs that could handle real traffic from day one. I am happiest when I am simplifying complex systems or helping engineers grow into their roles. I am also spending a lot of time lately figuring out how to use AI to solve actual user problems, not just for the hype.
