I am a Software Engineer who enjoys solving hard computer science problems and building systems that work reliably at scale. Over the last 6+ years, my journey has taken me across the full software development lifecycle — from understanding business problems and designing systems to building, testing, deploying, and running production services. My foundation comes from a Master’s degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Pune University. At ServiceNow, I work on large-scale backend platforms of foundations team where reliability, performance, and clean system design are non-negotiable. I focus on building robust Java-based services that scale with enterprise demand. Before this, at the State Bank of India, I led the design and development of features and APIs for the Loan Lifecycle Management System — a mission-critical banking platform. Using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and SQL, I delivered core credit workflows such as Mudra Loan processing and inspection reports, handling high-volume financial data with strict correctness and security requirements. Earlier at Cisco Systems, I worked close to networking infrastructure and automation. I led the UnWind project using Python, PyATS, ELK, Django, and IOS-XR to extract and analyze router logs, significantly improving debuggability. I also contributed to automation frameworks for the Cisco Firepower Management Console, strengthening my focus on quality and observability. Across roles, my toolkit includes Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, Python, SQL, ELK, and distributed systems. What drives me most is building scalable, resilient backend systems that are simple to operate and built for long-term growth.
