Early life shaped the lens doing ballet in primary years and in teen years, I was teaching health education in schools, running local initiatives through a bunch of NGOs from Red Cross to local ones. I sold makeup and skate sneakers because only boys were the sellers and for a while did modelling. I learned to read behaviour early and to question systems that don’t work. One thing became clear, I learned how to read a room and how expensive neglected mental health becomes over time. We’ve been trained to optimise output at the cost of our own input. By the time we call it “mental health,” the strain has already compounded across performance, relationships, and life. I’m here for a different outcome: people who win their life, not just their work. Your body and mind are your first system. When that system spirals, everything follows. InnerOn exists to reset that.
