Each of us has a unique story, a journey that has shaped us into who we are today. My story may not be extraordinary, but I take pride in owning every chapter of my book. I embarked on my career as a nurse, driven by a deep desire to help others. Being there for someone in their time of need was all I aspired to do, and that passion still burns within me. Yet, there comes a point when we yearn for more than just being there for others. We long to discover ourselves, to explore and build something amazing. While my unwavering commitment to making the world a better place remained unchanged, I knew I had to make certain adjustments in my life to become the person I envisioned. My professional journey has taken me through various roles and sectors. From my humble beginnings as a nurse, I transitioned to the NGO sector, where I contributed to programs encompassing education, health, and livelihood. This phase of my life played a profound role, blending bitter and sweet experiences. However, my thirst for personal growth pushed me to venture further. I took a leap and joined Furlenco, a furniture rental company—perhaps not the ideal choice, but a place where I learned invaluable lessons and began expanding my knowledge beyond the familiar. Since then, I have delved into the world of fintech. I won't get into the nitty-gritty of each step, as that's not the essence of my tale. People often inquire how I managed such significant shifts and juggled different sectors. Some even commend me for having the courage. The truth is, I never felt the need for an abundance of courage to embark on new adventures. The real power behind my explorations lay in the fact that I simply didn't know any better. I lacked the knowledge of how monumental these changes might be, and that lack of knowledge propelled me forward. Fear didn't deter me; instead, I followed my instincts, never allowing anything to overshadow my purpose. It is in this realization that I believe everyone's true power lies.
