• Leading a super talented team of Engineers, technical project managers to deliver breakthrough growth & distribution through multiple aggregator connections for KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s through a suite of Mobile Apps /Aggregator platform.
• Was fortunate to be entrusted with the opportunity to define the Vision, Roadmap and Operating Framework for Digital Transformation using open source technologies and build payment platform which support all online transactions across Americana ecosystem. Build high scale multi-tenant aggregator platform and have more than 100 aggregator connections which produce more than 200K orders in a day.
• ● Helping Americana on their digitization Journey. Team already built native apps and backend service, I am responsible for re-architecting (unifying) most of them to achieve next level of scale to support in-house digital assets and food aggregators (aggregator onboarding require at-least 30X scale).
• ● Responsible for Payment platform. Ensuring that digital payments in the Americana are safe, efficient, interoperable, accessible, and up to international standards. My responsibilities to improve payment success rate for digital payments from 90% to 97~98%. Currently I am working with multiple payment service provider to have more integrations and better control on payment flow. Also working on build payment as platform (reactive microservice).
• ● Built team of 20+ high qualified engineers and delivered multi-tenant Aggregator platform which support 7 countries, 30+ aggregator and 5 Americana brands. I conceptualise this, proposed this and built this in 4 months time ( budget approval, hiring team, frequent review engineering processes and optimize continuously, executing and delivering high scale platform and business requirements ).
• ● Responsible to understand finance team pain points on reconciliation side and working on to budget approvals for next year for building new reconciliation platform from scratch.
