• I have been involved in driver development for Samsung SOC for smart TV on linux platform. I have worked on TSD and CA/CI hardware driver in linux kernel using the linux multimedia subsystem i.e DVB CORE.have good knowledge of demux working, TS stream, PES data, section data etc.i have worked on various system related implementations in kernel handling interrupts, scheduling and different other kernel functionalities.
• Developed Transport Stream Demultiplexer (TSD) driver
• Developed a Transport stream demultiplexer driver for DTV on tizen platform using linux framework.
• Developed PVR driver for raw data stream recording and playback.
• Designed the architecture of driver including the preparation of HLD and DLD for the drivers.
• Hand in DVB linux core and have done code changes and implementations for my hardware.
• Implementation of different features for TSD.
• Implimentation of callbacks for user requirement,run time debugging mechanism,run time monitoring mechanism and user defined IOCTL’s hardware specific.
