Sourcing profiles using multiple resources like job portals/sites (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), LinkedIn, database, references etc. 2. Screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements and then move chosen candidates on to the next step in the hiring process. Also headhunting if it is required. 3. Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understanding their competencies and skills sets, making them understand job role. Providing complete, accurate and inspiring information to the candidates about the company and position. 4. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Set up interview appointments between the chosen candidates and the hiring manager/client. Following up on the interview process status. 5. Joining formalities (Offer discussion, On-Boarding, Documentation). ● Expertise in Permanent Staffing for organization’s prestigious clientele IT companies. ● Liaise with multiple hiring SPOCs/managers to determine and acquire staffing needs. ● Experience in recruiting for both Service and Product based companies. Top MNC’s, CMM level 5 companies, Mid size companies etc. ● Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Serving as a liaison with clientele/industry associations. ● Completing timely reports on various components such as daily recruitment activities, weekly on time performance (OTP), consolidating and maintaining data etc. ● Supporting the organization in its ability to acquire, retain and develop the best talent for its clientele.
