Joining formalities (Offer discussion, On-Boarding, Documentation). ● Expertise in Permanent Staffing for organization’s prestigious clientele IT companies. ● Liaise with multiple hiring SPOCs/managers to determine and acquire staffing needs. ● Experience in recruiting for both Service and Product based companies. Top MNC’s, CMM level 5 companies, Mid size companies etc. ● Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Serving as a liaison with clientele/industry associations. ● Completing timely reports on various components such as daily recruitment activities, weekly on time performance (OTP), consolidating and maintaining data etc. ● Supporting the organization in its ability to acquire, retain and develop the best talent for its clientele.
