Designed "brand memory". basically letting brands build a consistent AI memory bank so their generations (text, visuals, whatever) stay on-brand every time, no more random off-tone outputs. Iterated a bunch until it felt reliable and easy to use.
Built out intuitive dashboards for brands to monitor all their AI generations in one place, spot patterns, and kick off agentic workflow. Made it so teams could track performance and trigger actions faster.
Smoothed out the entire onboarding, cut the friction so new users could get personalised value quicker instead of getting lost complexity. Designed several core features aimed at letting users move faster, smarter defaults, and streamlined paths.
Had fun designing some internal goodies and merch.

Built cleaner, smarter SCADA dashboards for FleetPro and Senvion. Focused a lot on making error states actually understandable instead of cryptic red blobs everywhere.... ended up helping operators worldwide spot and fix issues way faster. Also gave the whole thing a more polished, global look so it didn’t scream “only made for one geography”.
Completely re-thought the online shopping experience for Shantanu & Nikhil (ABFRL). The old flow felt clunky for new users, especially people browsing from outside India. Spent time smoothing onboarding, making product pages feel more luxurious and intuitive, and just generally making the site feel premium without losing that ethnic-wear soul.
Took benchmarks.digital from “okay dashboard” to something investors, bankers and brand teams actually use every day. Re-did the whole structure so people can quickly spot consumer internet trends, valuation signals, and where the next wave might come from.
Designed the whole product from zero for PLIM Finance, basically a beauty & personal-care loans for the UK and Switzerland. Had to get the onboarding dead-simple and trustworthy (people don’t mess around when money + appearance is involved). Built flows that feel human, not like you’re applying for a mortgage, and it’s still one of my favorite 0→1 pieces.

Worked hands-on redesigning parts of a legacy Enterprise Legal Management product (TeamConnect) alongside PMs and TPMs. The goal was modernizing an older system that’s been around forever without breaking what legal teams already rely on daily.
Ran sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and the client working group (CWG) to really nail down what mattered most. From there, turned those discussions into solid wireframes and clickable prototypes that we could test and ship quickly.
