• Built eLearning & employee certification programs for multinational pharmaceutical companies. Developed a thesis about what was wrong with corporate learning that helped shape what ultimately became the vision for Brainscape -- and a way to improve education at *all* levels.

• Designed key metrics collection processes for UNDP’s global Virtual Development Academy. Became even more obsessed about the fusion of analytics, information architecture, and education.

• Worked with Panama's cabinet members to develop a new transparent online system of public contracting, to reduce corruption (funded by a Fulbright Fellowship). Evaluated possible data structures for organizing all of the bidding companies and contract opportunities.
• Designed and implemented an eLearning strategy to train key stakeholders on new procedures, and to improve my own Spanish skills. This ultimately became the early prototype of Brainscape, which led me to switch career paths and pursue a Masters degree in Education Technology, where I made this prototype the focus of my graduate thesis.
