After many years in senior leadership in education, including my role as a Headteacher, I began to reflect on what long-term success, balance, and fulfilment really meant and how I wanted my professional life to sit alongside the rest of my life. That reflection led me to redesign how I work and how I want my life to feel, with greater clarity, autonomy, and alignment with my values. Along the way, I immersed myself in leadership and personal growth education. I remain a committed student of this work, and the courses, tools, and frameworks I engage with continue to shape my thinking, leadership, and approach to life. Experiencing these principles first-hand has had a profound impact on my development and informs how I support others. Today, I work with experienced professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are reflecting on their next chapter. Some are evolving in leadership, others navigating career transitions or building independent ventures, and all are seeking a more intentional and sustainable way of working and living. Prosper, I help people access learning, tools, and perspectives that support them to think differently about their future and what is possible for them. Through my partnership with an award-winning global leadership and personal growth education company, I connect people with frameworks and a worldwide community focused on leadership development and human potential. My background includes leadership in education, a Master’s in Leadership, NPQH, and a coaching qualification. I continue to deepen my professional practice through ongoing study, including Level 6 Career Guidance training, and through my work as a student of leadership and personal growth education. These experiences continue to shape how I support others to reflect, grow, and design a way of working and living that aligns with their values and goals. Sometimes growth isn’t about doing more.
