  • As the Organization Effectiveness function lead, provided leadership development and organization capability services for the organization. As the HR lead, co-developed and led labor strategy which reduced mfg network and asset base costs by $60MM, built 7x24 continuous operations capability in remaining sites, and delivered early labor contracts 7% below budgeted costs.
  • Provided HR leadership for the People Plan which reduced key position turnover from 8.1% to 5.4%, improved diversity in senior positions by 7%, and placed 39% of high potentials in new or expanded roles.
