Curiosity has been my constant. What began with dismantling gadgets as a child grew into a lifelong drive to solve complex challenges. Over 27 years in technology, I’ve carried this instinct forward to innovate, improve processes, and transform businesses across healthcare, telecom, and enterprise technology. That journey has taken me from TCS and CGI to Kaiser Permanente, and now to my current role as CTO at Edvenswa Tech. Along the way, I’ve learned that leadership is never only about technical expertise. It is about empowering teams with context, removing roadblocks, and creating environments where innovation can thrive. I’ve had the privilege of building and scaling cross-functional teams of more than 200 professionals across AI/ML, data analytics, full-stack development, platform engineering, and DevOps. Together, we’ve: - Designed AI adoption frameworks that delivered measurable productivity gains - Led platform transformations that enabled 5x business growth - Created “digital nervous systems” by embedding real-time intelligence into enterprise decision-making - Invested in R&D during slower market cycles to ensure teams were ready when momentum returned More than the systems or platforms, my proudest contribution has been to culture. I’ve mentored young leaders, built high-retention teams, and fostered environments where curiosity is celebrated and ownership is non-negotiable. Today, I focus on the intersection of AI, business strategy, and human leadership.
