• 1. Worked as a Business Consultant in a Pre M&A IT Due Diligence engagement to evaluate the target company’s technology capabilities and acquisition readiness under Enterprise Architecture domain for the largest South African Retailer, across 10 weeks.
• 2. Conducted in-depth interviews with various stakeholders from the client and the target company, including the CIO and CTO, gathered information, analyzed those across multiple predefined dimensions, and provided key findings, implications and recommendations.
• 3. Identified 126 observations through 35+ meetings, and analysis of 400+ artifacts. Classified them into Red, Amber and Green flags depending on the risks to the client.
• 4. Identified 13 critical red flags during due diligence, proposing actionable mitigation measures to facilitate informed executive decision-making, enhance technology risk management, and

• Worked as a Big Data Engineer for a renowned US-based client, responsible for analysing the source data, implementing big data pipelines, and developing curation notebooks using Azure cloud services based on the business requirements.
