India Talent Acquisition Partner Result Areas: • Responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent in IBM as well as partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward • Handling end to end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing the candidates for Digital domains • Direct interaction and collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders, hiring managers and leadership to ensure the recruiting strategy is aligned with the overall business strategy • Identifying the profiles with the right cultural fit for the organization with high conversion rate and H2R (Hire to Retire) rate • Monitoring and continuously improving key recruitment metrics (SLA’s Defined, Conversion/Decline ratios, Source Mix) and maintain them to measure the efficiency of hiring like TAT, Source Utilization, Cost of Hire & Gender Diversity • Help to promote “Internal First” culture by discussing internal talent options with hiring managers and being highly responsive to internal candidates • Work with Compensation & Benefits Team to ensure we remain competitive and determine remuneration through relevant benchmarking exercises • Execute approval and offer process and ensure continued engagement with candidates until start date • Evaluated skill level, managed offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance /declines.
