Anjali Sharma — Business Analyst
As a B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering graduate, my journey into data began with curiosity — not just in writing code, but in understanding how data could answer real questions. While studying Computer Science, I found myself drawn to Python, SQL, Excel and Power BI— not just as tools or languages, but as powerful ways to explore, clean, and make sense of data At C-DAC, I had the opportunity to work on a real-world machine learning project involving gas sensor data. As part of a research initiative funded by the government, I cleaned and analysed thousands of sensor readings, built ML models, and saw how data science can directly support innovation in public research. That experience helped me realise how much I enjoy solving problems using data — whether it's building a model, visualising trends, or just asking better questions. I'm now looking to grow in a data analytics or machine learning role where I can keep learning, building, and contributing to meaningful work.
