• Project Description: Vodafone is one of the largest mobile service providers British multinational telecommunications company. The project is to transform Vodafone traditional CRM into Siebel CRM. This is one of the largest CRM transformations in terms of number of customers of Vodafone. There are two applications in the project, Siebel CRM and OBIEE BI applications.
• Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application: -
• My key responsibilities in the project were: -
• Creating scripts of critical UI transactions in VuGen in Siebel protocol.
• Creating test data to perform the load and soak tests.
• Designing the test case and creating the scenarios in the Controller.
• Executing the Inbound/Outbound scenarios in controller as well as JMeter and monitoring the systems resources using SiteScope.
• Creating test scenario in JMeter using HTTP sampler and Beanshell sampler
• Analyzing the test results and sharing the results with the stake holders.
• Raising the defects in HP QC and follow up with the concerned teams.
• Oracle Business Intelligence Application (OBIEE 12c): -
• OBIEE application is used by Vodafone customer representatives for resolving the customer issues and analysing the historic data.
